Hello,
I am looking for a point-and-shoot camera for my father. We like to go out looking for wildlife, but whereas I have a DSLR + supertelephoto rig, he would rather go light. Is there a point-and-shoot that isn't too beefy, has decent quality, and has a nice zoom range to cover everything from macro to distant birds?
I found a local seller offering up a Canon Powershot sx530 HS for $100. Good deal? Alternatives?
