If you google for reviews about 6ave, the results will be incredibly terrifying. However, most of those are from about three or more years ago, and it seems that 6ave has since cleaned their act. Their rating on ebay is excellent... I asked a few people who bought from them recently, and they said that they had no problems.

So I took a chance and I bought a 5Ds for $1,119. The camera appeared to be perfect and not a used model (some claimed that 6ave would mark used equipment as new). It functions, it came with accessories, and I believe that 6ave included a one-year warranty. Their customer service wasn't very knowledgeable, but they were very responsive.

I'm happy with my purchase from 6ave. I'm writing this because it was very difficult to find recent reviews about them; I hope this review will help others decide whether or not to buy from them.

Thanks. I have an item that is considerably low priced and am contemplating if I should risk it (as the cost being in multiples of $1k).
This might help me jump and pull the trigger.

My camera body still has had no issues.
