"Old Mill"

It is hard to tell for sure, but I believe it was lived in. It was moved from its original location to the Log Cabin Village off University Drive near the TCU campus, the Fort Worth Zoo, and Colonial Country Club. Be sure to visit the area if you are ever in Fort Worth. Bring your camera.

That explains what the water chute doesn't quite look right for the watermill!

Not much to look at but it was a very important building 80 years ago. During WW2 a military defence line ran from Bristol to London. It followed the River Thames River Kennet, Kennet & Avon Canal., and the River Avon. It passed through the wiltshire town of Bradford on Avon. This one at Barton Bridge on the K&A canal is at the edge of the town.

Old homestead in Alberta, Canada. It looks sad. I don't know when it was abandoned, but when the occupants left, they didn't even take the car.

Very interesting to still see the old car there!! Were you able to tell what kind of car it is, or are to many parts of the car missing?

Did you take any closer shots of the car? Mighty small house they lived in...

Most houses were small in the olden days. That was normal then. Have a look in the old parts of any town. Generally you see small houses with big additions.

I do have a better pic of that old car...

Heywood House near Westbury in Wiltshire was built by Sir James Ley in 1603, the year Queen Elizabeth I died and James I became King. The car is 1959 Armstrong Siddeley Star Sapphire.
