Excellent. A few months ago a 1DXII with 1TB storage would cost more with only 2 years warranty.

Some Servo AF

Some wildlife shots. Interesting at 25 seconds and 3:19 it shows the 200-400 with the 1.4x engaged and a 2x also. Making use of the f11 AF :-) That will be great with my 200-400mm

wheew,. what a windbag.
I gave up after the first few minutes of his showing off his gas guzzling pickup and no sign anywhere of a 1Dx...
I think his lens is too short..

Been too bad if he had came back and that bad ass truck was gone. I see in the comments under the video now he was just talking. I was wondering if anybody would be that stupid. LOL

How much did they pay some ad firm to come up with that gem?

Yeah I agree- that is impressive. If canons facial is going to be this good then I think it puts this in Sony land with Eye focus on the A9's. Face . eyes, at this distance it really doesn't matter. I think you spit hairs. This is impressive performance

This auto box that I have seen in most of the videos has really got my attention for wedding work. I can put that box on a bride and just wait for moments to click and I can switch it to a groom and do the same

Tom R
wildlife shooting. put this auto box on a subject and it wont come off until you change it.....I think this resolves one of your wants

Looks like they have up'd the servo performance on this camera. Thats huge to me because the 1Dx2 was significantly better than a 1Dx1

If a 1Dx3 is significantly better in servo with these new facial and auto functions.....thats a big leap.....especially if it does it in the electronic silent modes

Some good stuff in this video

Good vid to show the focusing of the camera, BUT...............

His photography skills is shocking IMO!. He needs to learn how to pan and keep the WHOLE subject in the frame, he is all over the place. Arms and legs cut off the sides of the frame in every other shot [rolls eyes]. I hope he doesn't try BIF lol

Look at what I made red in your post, you can be spitting mad(like a cat) or splitting hairs.

Tick tock, tick tock... the countdown is killing me!

I do hope that our pre-orders are all covered in the first shipment to retailers!
