Great shot, definitely agree that it would be exciting. Do disagree that we lose too many people to sharks, would argue that we lose too many sharks... www.blakebrattina.com

Jul 12, 2020 20:01 | #6 Totally understand your stance, Richard. Australia certainly is a hot zone for White sharks and I sympathize for anyone losing someone for any reason. I do also agree on the fact that we as humans choose to put ourselves in situations like that, there needs to be responsibility and respect when doing so, although animals will be animals, and humans will be humans. www.blakebrattina.com

Not affected directly, but was a couple years ago when a local survived miraculously. She lost heaps of muscle off her legs but thankfully survived and yet she was very quick to echo these comments and plea for no culls.

Another incidence today that is a bit close to home and one where the shark came up out of the water to a kid in a boat. Frightening stuff Mr Allen told ABC Radio Hobart the family was cleaning flathead on the boat when the attack occurred. "All of sudden, the shark's leapt clean out of the water and it's grabbed the little boy and pulled him straight in," Mr Allen said. "But as he's pulled him in, it's obvious the shark's let go. "The father, with his natural instinct I suppose, has leapt in straight after his son and managed to grab him." Shark attacks lad in a boat Yeah I heard about that one. Lucky boy. There's been a few lately. Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

Fear or were you just thinking about how unusual and beautiful nature is? I also sometimes take photos underwater, and recently I dived very deep to photograph the rarest fish. I was surprised by how beautiful the water kingdom is. I have seen similar photos only on depositphotos
