This lens is simply amazing. Fastest super zoom at f2.8. Great focusing with the right body. As sharp a lens that I have ever used. One of the few lens that actually work well with a 1.4 or 2.0 version iii extender but they do slow the focusing. The only complaint is that it is as heavy as any zoom except for the 800mm.
