Digital Speed Challenge #594- Spring

This week's challenge is: Spring...the season most of us just can't wait for it to arrive!
Interpret the theme in any way you like. Take it literally or figuratively. Anything goes so be as creative as you'd like. The challenge begins when posted and will end on Monday, February 10, 2020 at midnight GMT. The winner will be announced shortly after (on Tuesday).

CHALLENGE RULES:

1. Camera: Any DIGITAL CAMERA is allowed, (not just DSLR).
2. Time: Any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible, although photos that have won other competitions should NOT be entered.
3. Size: See standard P.O.T.N. Image Posting Rules.
4. Post Processing: Do whatever you like and the host will decide if it works.
5. Posting: ONE PHOTO per photographer in each challenge.
6. Details: Show camera model & lens used. Post brief EXIF data including ISO, shutter speed and aperture used.
7. Commenting: Please, NO COMMENTING DURING CHALLENGE. Feel free to comment in this thread after a winner is declared.
8. Content: Keep it clean, and both Family and Work safe.
9. Have questions? PM me.

I was out looking for wild mustard which is usually all over the vineyards and elsewhere this time of year. Nothing. Nada. Nix. Nul. Really strange not to see that.

just whistle- Riding the lilacs...wonderful example of the emerging spring Lesley. Lilac is just budding, greenery is "springing" forth in a soft focus BG. All that's missing is the chirping

OldCrow-Our daffodils are blooming....Nice one Don! I especially like the dew drops on the main daffy

Levina de Ruijter-Bzzz... Really love everything about this one Levina! The bee caught in mid flight amongst the sprouting plant and the wonderful bokeh just melting into a sunny yellow glow. Just love it!

Oh man. See, that's what you get when there are so few contributions: the same people win again. I was sure my bee wouldn't win though. I loved Lesley's little birdie and Don's flowers are simply lovely. But thank you very much for the honour, Ed!

Thanks Lesley. Too much blooming way too soon. When winter arrives it will be hard on everything.
