It's crazy, the cost of OEM Batteries ~ $60-$80-$250!! 3rd Party batteries are very reasonable, but, if you want the specific battery to your camera ~ Highway Robbery!! L

You can always switch to cameras that don't use batteries. Or buy a grip and use AA batteries. Or buy reputable replacements from a brand like Wasabi. As always, nobody can abuse you without your permission. I haven't purchased a new Canon battery since my 500D.


80D, bag of lenses, box of lights, other toys.
