Has anybody heard anybody reference the blackout issue? For what I do, I'm not sure it bothers me that much, but it would be nice to know it's been addressed. I haven't heard any of the talking heads on YT address it yet, interestingly enough.

I'm thinking the R6 is the sweet spot. 1Dx Mk III without the weather sealing and the ruggedness. Now I'm not a 1Dx expert by any means. For what I do, I could never justify one, but the R6 looks like a mini-1Dx to me. Almost quite literally. What did I miss?

what he considers blackout Is more his acceptable blackout. He’s using flash and you can see the blackout. He compares to a DSLR, which has blackout.

That’s 12fps mechanical, not the 20. Still impressive for 45 a piece.
