Today I tried listing my Canon 6dmk2 and 16-35mm f4.0L on Facebook Marketplace. The lens went live, but I got a message from FB indicating that my listing (for the 6dmk2) was under review for possible violation of their policies!

Is it because I used the word "body" to describe the fact that I'm selling the camera body (no lens included)?

Only other thing I can think of is that I mentioned that I purchased it new from B&H 2 months ago and was selling it because I'm switching to Nikon.

I decided to post it on FB Marketace because I don't want to take any risks getting scammed on PayPal. I prefer to sell it in person.

Has this ever happened to anyone here? If so, I think it would serve as an educational lesson for others to avoid making that mistake if they ever plan on listing their photography equipment on FB Marketace.

I reworded the listing, got rid of "B&H". It went live almost immediately after that. Thanks for all your responses! (Sarcasm as no one responsed to this thread, tried deleting it but error message kept popping up not ketting me delete it).

I read it but I had no helpful answer, nor even a humorous one.
Facebook is a law unto themselves, but you already know that :-)
