Problem when printing art paper

Hi All

I am having a problem when I come to print A3+ art paper on my Epson SureColour 600 printer! It prints off A4, OK but it keeps on jamming when I put A3+ though it!

Some did say about altering the printer head hight? But I can't find any information on how to do this?

Can anyone help, please?

If you don’t have the full manual, go to https://files.support.​epson.com/docid/cpd4/c​pd41370.pdf (external link) and then go to page 44. There are some specific thickness limitations and also some setup adjustments mentioned in the subsequent pages.
