With COVID-19, are people booking photo shoots for newborns?
I'm not sure who is the most respected newborn photographer worldwide, but if that person offered to pay me $1000 to do a shoot for my newborn, I'd tell them to go kick rocks.

I know some photographers that specialize in newborn photography that do easter shoots. I want to broaden it and offer them as spring photo sessions. I'm doing a test shoot with my friend and her 3 kids, aged 10, 8 and 7, this weekend so I can use the images to advertise on facebook.
The only drawback is it doesn't look like spring at the moment, still barren trees and dead grass. A few splotchy places where the grass is green and buttercups are in bloom. She lives near an old barn and a think a pond.
So I'm humbly asking for ideas and guidance.
In the last 3 weeks, I've personally treated exactly 13 people who eventually died of COVID. I've lost count of how many co-workers have went out sick and/or tested positive. I mean no disrespect to the OP, but it gives me a pit in my stomach when I see people dismissing the danger and risking their lives and the lives of a new family that includes a newborn. It's irresponsible and reckless.
Edit: I should probably mention that the reason this post hit a nerve is because you reside in Mississippi. My sister-in-law is pregnant in her 3rd trimester, currently living in Mississippi, and was planning to fly back to CT for a baby shower this weekend. Her OB/GYN told her it would be safe, and that she is at no greater risk than any other person. I'll just skip the details regarding travel, airports, and gathering with a group of people for a baby shower tell you her physician is incompetent, and practicing in a state that ranks in the bottom 5 in healthcare across the country. My guess is that the lack of community awareness of COVID transmission correlates to this ranking. Its unfortunate because these are the places that will suffer more than is necessary.
