Paul, when you took this last pic, how far are you from your home? You aren't going for a drive very far if any right? Hope you don't mind me asking, I admit to being just a little envious, :-)

Wait till he tells you how cold it was.

Thanks, Steve. This is just a minute or so up the road from us. While it's a regular place we walk, if you see a photo taken with my 7 lbs of photo gear it's a pretty safe be that it was a short walk ... and yep, those clouds brought us a snow squall.

Happy Spring :-P

On our walk today, the view of Pikes Peak was as sharp as we've ever seen it. Walked back to the house and then I drove my gear up to the spot where I took this. Tripod, 5dMKII, 300 f4

.
That's awesome, Paul!

You are fortunate to live in such a wonderful area.

I spend anywhere from 4 to 7 weeks in Colorado each year, and have grown to really love the wildlife and nature opportunities that are in the greater Denver area (meaning anything within 2 hours of Denver).

.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
