Meaty0 Goldmember 3,519 posts Joined Jan 2006 Location: Brisbane, Australia More info | Hmm. Try f/8 or f/16 if you can with 1/200sec, but you will need to have high speed flash synchro (on the 580ex) or strong light sources shining on the bowl.
