Hi all;

When I do have to jump over to PS-2020 (that's the version now I think right?)....I often just need to make touch ups that LR-Classic is unable to do...skind refinedment, "real" touch up of eyes, quite a bit of things actually now that I'm trying to list them.

I used to use a great set called 1-Click Actions which pretty much had/has what I need. The trouble with them is that they are outdated, probably from version CS6. Some of them fail because the a step, or set of steps in the action calls a command no longer available. That usually the biggest issue.

Does anyone know

1. Did 1-Click update their actions?
2. Is there a really good modern set of touch up actions that are compreshensive in what they offer (skin texture, eyes, teeth, sharpen, etc.).

One thing I liked about 1-click is that I remember it had a README file that was very helpful in using them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
CD

Latest version is 21.1.2 I don't know anything about 1-Click actions. Did you check or contact support about updates for the latest PS version?

Indefinitely have the latest Photoshop, that was likely just a mistake on my part with remembering the version

...the main issue is that I have Actions from 1-click from CS6 vintage that "kind of work". I would be willing to pay for high quality portrait and glamour retouch Action, but there is a lot of "noise" out there on Google etc...so it's hard to know which ones actually are decent.

I am sure some of the better Actions for portrait and glamour retouching have stood the test of time, but maybe are taking a back set to more AI like programs (mobile apps, etc.)...however I would think the professional retouched would still enjoy the benefit of actions and not having to run "boiler plate" steps ever time?

Thanks all in advance

Just tell us the step/s they're stopping at, and we'll tell you how to update the step/s for the new software.

Are you looking for a set of tools focused on retouching, where you do the retouching manually, like this:

https://retouchingtoolkit.com (external link)

Or fully automated, hands-off retouching where you just press a button and the tool does the work for you, albeit blindly (like some of the AI-based applications - I see Luminar advertised all of the time with these features)? What specifically are you trying to do in your retouching?
