How do I get all the AF points to display in the viewfinder other than by having to press the rear AF button?

I would like to see the whole grid of AF points in the viewfinder, not just the little AF square/squares.

While I know that my view is not cluttered now, I want to see the whole AF grid on screen so I know how far left/right/up/down I can select an AF point.

I fiddled with some setting at some point and can't figure out how to bring that display back. Owners manual and David Busch's book didn't help.
