Two fox dens this year

Probably my favourite subjects. For some reason Momma fox gave birth somewhere unknown this year, but the day before yesterday, suddenly there they were, in the den that's been used for years. Then a friend surprised me with the location of a second den a few miles away. So it's a bonus year.

Hey thanks Dan. Yes very lucky. I hope they stay put for the summer. At some dens if they get too well known, Mom will just move them out to a more secure location, so I hope these 2 are relatively secret.

LOL thanks Eric, much appreciated. For a while there I didn’t think I’d find any, then they just kind of showed up.

a bunch of fox dens around our local beach @ Rainbow Haven, NS Canada. Great to see so many pups this year.
