This is just a heads-up. I have no information whatsoever. You'll have to figure out if it applies to you, etc.
I only know I got different upgrade pricing from Topaz today (6/9/2020).

I logged into my Topazlabs.com account to see if they fixed the denoise AI update.
(one error was fixed, but there is still another error - would not update)

While there I clicked around my account.
Previously they offered me the Mask AI upgrade for $50-something bucks. I never took it.
Today they offered the Mask AI upgrade for $17.98. I took it.

An upgrade sale? A system glitch? I have no idea. I don't know if you'll be offered any special pricing on any of your topaz products.
You'll have to explore your account and find out.
As said, this is only posted as a heads-up.

Thanks for the heads up. I logged onto my account and was given the same since I had previously purchased ReMask 5 (quite awhile ago).

Funny - I just removed all of Topaz's AI applications from my computers. Topaz cannot seem to get their updates to work properly - the latest update to SharpenAI, for example, broke the app. The window opens, you can load an image, but none of the controls actually change the image. Each time you start up the application, it tells you there is an update, and then it downloads the current version of the application - then you restart and it tells you there is an update, etc. There is no way to stop this from happening. Topaz has become a company with interesting software that just does not work consistently.

I still use their applications before they went full AI. They work.

Sharpen AI is the only one (Topaz AI apps) that does not update correctly. I wrote support. If you download and reinstall it, supposedly it updates the app plus the update utility. However, don't know. We will see when it is updated again.

Yea, well. Agree here. They are sloppy on a number of different fronts. Their buyer support is abysmal. I am currently emailing support back and forth about their lack of support and non-existent user manuals. We will see how that goes. At their helm is a person who just doesn't get it - that you have to support your own software and provide instruction on its use. Eric Yang is absolutely clueless and seem to think it is ok to fly a corporation by the seat of their pants, constantly crapping on their paid customers.
