This version does look better. Very interesting birds in a great pose, so worth the effort. But the better solution is to go back and have them pose in the sunlight against a better background;-)a.

One feature lacking in the R5 and any current camera is that it fails to draw birds to the locations that you go to, and fails to hypnotize them into posing with a minimum of objects in front of them, facing more toward you than perpendicular, in even light that is at least as well-illuminated as the background.

Thanks havelock, yes probably. I had eye Detect set up on the back button and a zone override set up on the depth of field button. It could have been either.
