nice focus on that eye... sorry to hear about your mk1 ..fantastic lens which I previously owned..maybe some people here have some experience with it and the R5.

It seems to walk back and forth and although I do get a "green" square indication proper focus, when I look at the captured image it is always soft. ![]() Did you by any chance enable the "Continuous AF"?

I was very active way back in the day, but switched to mirrorless about 11 years ago and drifted away. After 5 years with Sony, I fell in love with the R6, and later added an R5 and switched entirely to the RF line.
