I also shoot hunter/jumper but I am not getting that clear/tack sharp images like you. What lens are you shooting with as if I would have dropped to 1/1250th shutter speed mine would be blurry? What are ypur men settings that matter also?

Go to 12800-16000 ISO and thats where the differences will show. I personally think the R6 and the 1Dx3 are the cleanest sensors that canon has with the nod going to the R6. What you see here at 6400 ISO is probably 25000 ISO on the R6. Its a super clean sensor and the one I will get when its time to get a mirrorless I will agree that the R6 has less read noise, but I don't think that the extent of your claim can be supported, unless you are talking about 100% pixel views of deep shadows with the R5 receiving a lot more sharpening at the pixel level, which is not a remotely level comparison, even if commonly done. The R6 is much noisier at ISO 25.6K than the R6 is at ISO 6400 with normalized image size; differences in exposure (with the same size sensor) or total light (when sensor sizes are different) are generally more significant than differences between cameras. The R5 collects 4x as much total light in your scenario; do you think the R5 gives as much noise with 4x the total light? In fact, even the 5Ds holds up well in ISO 12,800 shadows, compared with the R6 at ISO 25,600:

What is the comparison?

If you were to go out into deeply shaded woods and shoot with ISO 6400 and crop heavily for your image, you should see more of a difference, with the cameras capturing very little red light, making any blotches or patterns in the read noise obvious in the red channel.
