I found this interesting looking insect this morning at the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens in Brisbane.

NOTE: Taken with the Canon RF 100mm F2.8L Macro lens (not yet in database).

Nice. I had the EF version of that lens. It was so sharp I had to carry brand-aides in the bag.

Isn't it annoying when you have the "wrong" lens on your camera? I took the little RF 50mm 1.8 on the R5 for my walk today, and then I came across this heron. Why didn't I have my 100-500 on the camera? Anyway, this is a heavy crop with the nifty fifty. Better than nothing...
