I could not get any clean shots this morning due to the limited placement of the tripod, the location of the nest and where the insects were resting, so had to make do with this topside view of one of the Paper Wasps. :-)

This was a 3 frame stack with the MP-E65 at approx. X3:1 ratio, with MT-26EX II Speedlite on the rig and an overhead EX600 RT Speedlite mounted on a post.

A couple of pigeons. Testing out the 2x TC III with the EF 100-400 L II IS on the R5. Both shots at 719mm. Mild PP.

Edit: was told these are mourning doves, or white tailed doves.

Tried a couple of flower shots with the RF 50mm 1.8 in the rain. Not a great idea, as the nifty fifty isn't weather-sealed, but an interesting experiment.

Hello folks ~
I'm just checking in trying to determine what percetage of R5 users experience the freezing issue.

I 'think' and hope its low (less than 5%) but those with the issue typically post about it - making it appear its a higher percetage of owners with the issue. A vocal minority.

I'm deciding on either R5 or R3.
