Very nice.
Something special about the lower one.
Colours, composition, a photo with soul.
Takes me right into the scenery.

Cant believe how good this Animal eye AF is. Previously when I shot f2.8 with my 5DSR it was hit or miss( mainly miss) if I got the the birds eyes in middle of the sweet spot of the DOF. This was mainly due to the centre AF point either focusing slightly forward or back depending which half of the single AF point got the focus . Now with the R5 Animal Eye AF I get on the eye with it in the middle of the DOF almost every shot. Whereas in the past I never went below f4 on small birds Im now at F2.8 regularly on my 400mm prime . This coupled with the IBIS and Lens IS combo means Im shooting birds hand held a good 1 to 1 1/2hrs later in late afternoon low light than I ever would dare to with the 5DSR. IMO massive game changer for anyone that shoots birds regularly like I do.

Cheers

Just received my rf 100-500mm. WOW. Both photos were 13-14 feet away. You can see ants on the flower.

Experimenting with the Electronic Shutter at high speed. Animal eye AF tracking and panning. Seems to work very nicely. Funny thing is that you don't hear a thing... :)
Lens was the RF 70-200/F/2.8 @ 200 mm
