I currently only have one tele-zoom lens, a Canon 70-200mm f2.8L (non IS version). However, I have two bodies:

- 7dmk2 (cropped sensor)
- 6dmk2 (full frame)

Which of these two cameras will be best for shooting pics from a small plane/helicopter?

p.s. No, I can't by a mirrorless body, or a 5DMK3, or any other camera or lens. I have to select only one of the two cameras I mentioned, and no, I can't take both bodies as space is limited.

What do you want to shoot? Landscapes, or something on the ground, like a house or a tractor?
I use a 7D2 and a 50-500 mm lens. You will only lose a little "reach" if you choose the 6D2.

Mostly things on the ground, but maybe one overall landscape shot.

Given your limited choices, I'd go with the 6D2.

Here's what you would get with the 7D2, though I have a longer lens
