I edited this from a color 2x3 to a B & W custom ratio. I've printed it on Entrada Rag and the print quality is amazing. Looking for critique on the photo, itself. I took the photo in 2009, when I first got into digital.

I can't find drama in where. But if you still emotionally attached to this since 2009, here is nothing to critique.

Unfortunately posted here it looks rather flat, which I know isn't doing it justice. One of the key things for any image is if it has staying power, and I trust you that it doesn't. If this is representative... the highlights seem a bit bright.. to the point that at first impression the water looks over sharpened... but it isn't. Thats about all I can come up with right now. Play with the curves and see if some contrast can be added in.

It's a very nice photo and would make a great painting too.
I'm looking at it on the cellphone.
For basic fun I turned up the screen brightness some and it seemed to improve the way it looks.
I would personally try editing the levels a little.

This image kind of reminds me of some of the WWII photojournalist shots of the Pacific Islands. It has that high speed film, low contrast look of yesteryear. Although somewhat limited in tonal range, I like the graduated tones from right to left on the mountain range. I would agree with others that the highlights on the water need to be compressed a little. All in all, it's a nice image that no doubt looks better in print, and you'll enjoy it, which is the most important factor to a photographer.

That look is what I was going for, and you are correct about the look of the print. I printed on Entrada Rag Bright, and it looks fantastic, so much better than on screen.
