Are the new RF 600 and 800 RF lens compatible with EOS 5 D Mark iv using the adapter ?

No, the only adapter is from EF to RF, the other way around is not possible.

It should be possible to make the EF to M adapter to use the RF lenses on M bodies.
Not sure if that will happen though.

Some 3rd party might. I doubt Canon will.

Can't go the other way (is not cost effective at a minimum). Different AF protocol, different number of pins, and flange distance is too far. It would have to be an optical solution if there was a way to work around these other issues due to flange distance differences.
