I'm not much of a dog photographer, but took soms shots of this doggie shaking himself after a swim and processed this one.

Wow, she has the kind of legs that every man turns his head for and every woman wants to have.

I thought the same thing, but wasn't going to be the guy that commented on her legs.

Wow! You are putting the EF 100-400 to good use. Very nice and sharp shots.

RayinAlaska wrote in post #19225539 (external link)
 I guess that I am too old to notice such things, but Levina's comment made me go back and look at the photos again. She is right!

Anyway, my first impression was about how nice and sharp the images were. But please don't worry about it, Levina. You didn't spoil the moment for me... you made me smile instead :)

Thanks all.:)

Hmmm, I just realised I posted my mallard in flight in the R6 discussion thread. So here it is again. Taken late afternoon in low light.

Ducks were flying this afternoon. Red-crested pochard.

I see couples of Egyptian Geese flying about on a daily basis almost. But I don't see this very often: three of them, chasing one another for some reason. Probably something about a girl. They made a lot of noise. They were too far away for my 300/4L so I had to crop way too much.

Then there are a couple of Wood Pigeons nesting in a tree nearby, flying to and fro.

Love the second one, Levina. When these guys fight it usually is about a girl. I often have a few very noisy geese spend some time on my roof in the morning calling out to the world in case anyone’s still asleep.

LOL
Birds do keep slightly different hours than us, don’t they?!

That was a nice thing to say about that pic, Charles. Even though I am also a bit embarrassed, seeing as your images are National Geographic level and mine are pretty much mediocre at best. So thank you.

Don't be silly, Levina. I've seen some great shots in your gallery. I enjoy your gulls, I must admit.

Anyone had a 5DIV and now have a R6, how do the files compare? I imagine a little more crop ability when cropping in with the 5DIV.
