Another beauty Charles.

Where are you photographing tigers?

Thanks Phil, this was at a place called Tiger Canyon, in South Africa back in April - apparently the only wild tigers outside of Asia. Was started out as a an experiment to see if Tigers could be bred wild in Africa. Quite a cool place and an amazing experience to photograph tigers.

OK, downloaded 2 and Adobe DNG converter would not convert them. Sine I use older Lightroom, need the DNG. Does DNG converter not work on R6 CR3 or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.

I have LR5 and must convert CR3 to dng. I use DNG Converter and have experienced no issues; that appears to be the case for others who have posted here and who also needed to convert the R6 raw file to dng. Perhaps the files you are downloading are somehow protected. It's hard to imagine you're doing anything wrong with that app as it's so simple to use.

Got it to work. Thanks! And seems to work ok. I miss having the lens profile and camera profile, so a little more work to process. But seems ok. SO at least I know it will work.

Last night I finally got pictures of an egret I've seen in an odd spot. It's been fishing in this little creek that is down in a ravine and is at least partially obscured by tree branches. I've seen it a couple times and each time it's flown off before I could even get out of the car. Tonight it was patient enough to let me get a couple pictures before it flew away.
