Not sure if you're asking me about the deer picture, but if so:

Big dehaze in Lightroom, which introduced noise. Then took it into Photoshop did levels and saturation adjustments. Finally, ran it through Topaz Denoise AI. I'm rather pleased I was able to bring him out of the fog as well as I did.

And thank you. :-)

Especially considering that there is a range of distances in the image; subtracting fog is a lot easier when every point in the composition passes through approximately the same amount of fog.

Just a picture of my niece's cat over Thanksgiving. Still learning the R6.
Taken with Canon EF24-105 f4L. F/4, 1/160, ISO 6400

(Not sure why it is uploading so big...It's not saved as such.)

It's november and in my corner of the world that means grey, dark, damp, wet and cold. And you have possibly the worst light to shoot birds in. But when you have a new lens, you have no choice but to go out and at least try.
A Blue tit. He too was excited about the new lens...

A juvenile Blackbird. He was in deep shade and I thought the few pics I took would be utter rubbish. And well, okay, they are as it's a bird in an unattractive setting, but I am amazed at how good the bird still looks and how much clarity there is when I was really expecting a kind of muddyness.

The little bird looks like she’s jumping for joy about your new lense.
I too finally received my RF 100-500 lense and haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet. I really excited to get outside and try it out.

Congrats! Even in bad light the lens performs very well. Looking forward to your pics!

Oh damn! It got another bird in its talons! I’ve never seen that before. Great capture for sure.
