Well then;

Since up here in the williwacks there are NO zoos, I'll submit some local wildlife.
The closest zoo is probably 100 miles away.
I present, the porcupine!

Thank you all for participating!
All were great entries, but there were 2 images that stood out for me:
rwmson's Posin' for a Pic is the winner- this gorilla's expresion is so human-like...
Levina's Some playful kids and an adult babysitting is a very close second- when momma goat looks away, lookout!

Thanks again all for participating! Take it away Roger;-)a

A strong winner, Ed.
Congratulations, Roger.

Ed, I have to thank you for this week’s theme. I don’t like shooting zoo animals but when there I can’t resist taking pics anyway. I usually keep a few of them for the record but never process them or post them anywhere. But the pics I took of these young goats I have always rather liked, despite that gray-ish, bleak sky. So I now finally had a legitimate reason to process and post them. So thanks!

Thanks Ed and Levina! When I saw Levina post some cute zoo kids I thought to myself "dag nabbit, beat out by cute youngster's AGAIN!". But that's okay, Levina had a wonderful image and I wouldn't have minded losing to such talent. I also am not a huge zoo fan, watching a tiger pace back and forth along the fenceline was very saddening to me.

I will start thinking of a new theme.
