What RF lens are you hoping for?

I wrote it few times before in another threads. I have Canon RP but here is no matching its tiny size and weight lenses. Only behemoths in RF mount. I'm not impressed even by 35 1.8. It isn't compact lens comparing to what I have and what is available even for FF AF.

RP ISO range is fine with f2.8.
Samyang made astonishingly tiny AF lenses for Sony FF mount. 35 2.8 and 24 2.8 (if I'm not mistaken).
This is what I'm waiting for nRF mount as original RF cameras user, where lenses are small comparing to (D)SLR lenses.

But even Canon has pancake lenses for all three previous EOS mounts. So, by now Canon is getting kind of moronish to ignore pancakes in EOS RF mount.

I am with you on this.

I thought they would have released a pancake lens with the RP, makes a lot of sense to me.
