Anyone buy reliable generic LP-E6 batteries? The one generic battery I purchased from the electronics super store has higher milliamps but lower watt hours than the genuine battery included. I think the autofocus sometimes drains the battery easily with a larger 150-600mm lens.

I have a couple I purchased from Sterlingtek a while back. They are still working fine though it's about time I replace them. Not sure how old they are but I wouldn't be surprised if they were more than 4~5 years old now. SterlingTek use to have a decent reputation around here but I haven't really kept up with them. I'm assuming that they are still decent batteries.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Got Sterlingtek many years ago. They are probably 5-6 years old and work just fine.
