I added some data since the last picture, as well as worked on the processing. The result is different enough that I figure it is worth another thread. I promise I won't just continually post Lagoon pictures, it's just that I am enjoying the new OTA and the results are way better than what I was getting previously.

Great shot. I would have shifted it left a tad bit to include M20 the Trifid.

I really want to get into this sort of imaging, but my finances don't allow it yet. :oops:

Thank you SkedAddled, and you already have the equipment required to get started. The only extra expense would be an equatorial mount or other mount, and some basic ones are quite cheap. I started off with a 70-200 lens and the results weren't as good as this, but they were good enough!
