Because the quality of the meat going to either one is roughly equivalent, as near as I can tell

Also, I would probably avoid comparing labels in this case...

Yes, but you have to fry it up right and get that crispy layer on both sides

Exactly! It was only in recent years that I discovered how much better it is crispy, and that was by accident if you know what I mean.
