Would it be OK to set the camera to TV mode at 1/60 speed since I am shooting video at 29.97 fps in All-I? I understand a good rule is to shoot at twice the speed of the video setting. Then I still retain auto-exposure capability. I have tried M mode with shutter at 1/60 and aperture set for proper exposure, and set the ISO to auto but this seems to have some drawbacks.
