Best website to buy used lenses?

I want to purchase the canon 135mm f2 lense; what is a good, dependable site to purchase used gear? ( I am in Canada)

I've mostly bought used equipment from here and have never been disappointed with the equipment that I've purchased.

Here,there and anywhere if you know what your doing. If you have pay-pal as a buyer you will be covered as far as Item being as described and in working order. If you want a limited warranty go
with the likes of B&H Photo, Adorma etc but you will pay a little more.

fredmiranda.com is one for the safest and pretty level headed site as well.

I've made two purchases from KEH. The first purchase turned out not be exactly what I wanted so I called, got a return authorization number, sent it back and my money was promptly refunded. The second worked out perfectly: it was exactly as represented and shipped promptly.

They've always been courteous and easy to deal with in email and on the phone. Would do business with them again.

I've purchased/sold a few items off of Fred Miranda. It's all been good. Some of the members won't ship outside the US though. Too lazy to go to a post office and fill out a form, I guess, he, he.. Always use USPS and paypal. UPS can gouge you on fees and paypal protects you against any shenanigans..

Ebay is another option. Check the sellers rating/reviews and look Real Close at the posted images of the item. Expect long delivery times.

Are you on Facebook ? There may be groups local to you you can join and I'm a member of "Used Camera for sale (Canadian's only)". At least you can see if a potential seller is active, it's one step up from dealing with a stranger

Facebook/Marketplace is another option. I've bought and sold items there.

I do feel most comfortable buying from an active forum member on a photography site but Fred Miranda is the only one of a half dozen I frequent that has an active Buy/Sell board.

I print and ship from my house via USPS. I don't remember the last time I had to go to a station to ship, domestic or international.

that makes me feel a lot better. I hear horror stories of items arriving, not working or defective and it was a nightmare to deal with the seller after.

I have the 135 f2 that I’m willing to sell. Condition is 9.9 out of 10. Only reason it isn’t a 10 is it’s used. Make me a fair offer including shipping and PP fees. Thanks Jon H
