who still uses the 5d mark ii?

The 5DM2 is still my main camera although I did purchase a new body - the 5DSR but I'm still learning to use that. B&H had the 5DRS body new for very good price.

This means my old 40D is mostly retired.


5DSR|5D2|40D|17-40L|24-70L|70-200L II|100-400L| more vintage cameras than I care to count

I still use a 7D for wildlife, and a 5DII for photographing the Auroras, people, and so on. Will continue using these two cameras along a new R6, and eventually just the 7D and the R6.

not going to lie, miss my 5d2. just that center focusing point only was difficult.

I still use mine all the time, I actually really like the simplicity of it and the image quality is great. I did a few shoots recently with it with the 135L and that combo is outstanding.
