I'm not quite sure, but I think that's a juvenile Krider's Red-tailed Hawk. Beautiful shot.

I have never seen one, but I agree with kd reno. I looked it up in my Wheeler and Clark Guide to Raptors: "breeds in the Northern Great Plains".
That is a very attractive image of a Krider's morph of an Eastern Red-tail. Congratulations! That would be a Wall Hanger for me, for sure.
