Congratulations to Stiga and OldCrow. Appreciation to RDWP for tallying votes and for providing a well-chosen topic. This one brought out a good number of diverse interpretations.

Thanks for the #2 spot. If anyone calls for me, I'll be out looking for a sleazy law firm to contest the results. With a challenge this complicated, you just know in your heart there were some irregularities.

Martin - I have indeed made an Excel sheet for the voting, to which anyone is welcome. Matching numbers at the bottom work as a kind of "cheksum" to make sure you haven't missed any. (It saved me this time round.)
