Baby Portraits C&C

I took some shots of my cousin's 8-month old yesterday for some more practice with my lights. I'm attaching four different shots with 3 different set ups. How do these photos look overall? Does the lighting look like it was set up right? How is exposure/white balance?

I like #1 except for the expression, but babies are not always doing what you want

I really like #2 and #4, great shots you've got there. #3 is not bad, but the pose doesn't do much for me.

I like them. same about #1. I like #2 the best. very good color and good focus. sharp.

Yeah #2 would have any parent smiling

These are really cute. Great focus throughout. I love your background for 1 & 2. Love the composition of #3, but I think I am seeing a colorcast? Could be my piece of junk monitor. I see you have edit imaging ok in your cp, so I took a stab at a B&w conversion. I love this shot will all its texture.

Tara, I really like your conversion! I never think to do the higher key images in B&W...but it looks great. And there was a color cast...I will correct before it gets printed!

Very nicely done- #1 & 4 are my favorites.
