I have an R6 and so far nothing makes me wish I had a 1DX3. That is the best answer I can give. :)

I have the eos R which I really like but I'm not going to lie I'm tempted to upgrade.

1dx3 for me, but I'm not a fan of mirrorless.

I don't blame you, I had an R, but it never amazed me, but the R6 (and R5) are just in a different league with AF, 20fps with silent shutter with no discernible VF lag. I do everything in the VF these days, and find myself trying to review images on the 5D4 in the VF.

Speed, how good is the r6 in low light?

From an AF standpoint or from a noise perspective?

AF in low light has been a mixed bag for me. Without good contrast, the DPAF seems to have an issue, vs the DPAF on the 5D4. However high ISO noise is very well contained.

Post processed of course, but here is 51200 from a reception.

TS, have you found any issues (or otherwise) using the R6 with EF Glass? Supertele's?

I've tried an R5, was definitely impressed, but the R6 I think would better suit (both my wallet and use case).

My longest lens was a sigma 150-600 and no issues found with it or my other lenses.

It works with all my EF glass, my sigma 135 art, and EFS lenses.

How are the images when using a EF-S lens?

Pretty much as expected, and they produce results basically the same as on an APS-C. Maybe better as the pixel density is lower on the R5 and R6 than compared to today's Canon DSLR APS-C, so they might be a bit more forgiving on detail rendering. EFS lenses are especially good for video modes, like the 10-18 STM.

The 55-250 STM makes for a nice lightweight small zoom on the R series.

Thanks. I have been sort of looking at the R6 as I don't have a FF body yet and do have a few EF-S lenses
