Used once by me, unknown use by previous owner.
Location: West Michigan, 49508
Condition: 10/10 - I'm unable to find any useage evidence on it
Reason for selling: Don't like it; it's not of my interest
Boxed, with documentation/instructions.
This is a genuine Canon BG-E2N grip to fit the EOS 20D, 30D, 40D and 50D,
according to many online reviews of the product.
I can only confirm that it works as intended on a 50D,
and its appearance is truly unused.
With original Canon packaging box, but without any plastic bag
which would have undoubtedly swathed this gem when shipped.
I received this several years ago with an EOS 50D I purchased used.
The grip was not included in the seller's description of the camera,
so I was very surprised when it arrived along with the camera.
After a single use, I determined it was not to my liking,
so I put it back into its box.
It's sat in that box for many years now, and I don't want to junk it.
I'm certain that someone out there wants one of these at a far-reduced cost
over Canon's pricing, which is why I'm entertaining offers without stating
a price. It still has value, but how much?
Asking prices are all over the spectrum, ranging from $19 knockoffs,
to over $125 on eBay. Me? I think it's worth about 50 bucks, considering
it's a genuine Canon item with the solid build necessary and required
of such an item.
My only stipulation of a sale to a winning bid is that it must at least match
what I'll have to pay for shipment, which will vary by total distance
between me and you. So if you're local to me, I might give it to you.
If I have to ship it somewhere, I'll only ask you to cover my shipping costs
via UPS or USPS. UPS is the most-likely candidate, as there's a UPS Store
much closer to me than a USPS service center.
