And so, I went for (possibly) my last sail of the 2020 season. I brought the camera along, hoping to get shots of the many Trump 2020 flags and banners that had all summer long graced the Patchogue River, which is my home port. I had not seen a single Biden flag. But there were plenty of Trump ones. My photo mission was to capture a last gasp scream of torment and protest to the cruel and angry gods. Alas, many boats had already been pulled for winter storage and I had only one opportunity. Yeah, bummer. But one could argue that it was a doozy, loaded with symbolism. And since we're not supposed to get involved in political discussions, I make no further comment.
In case you're suspicious, no, I did not photoshop the vessel's name. I don't know the skipper.
