Thanks in advance. I have several hundred images in a LFR folder that I can not see. BUT LR shows all metadata of each image i click on but I can not see the image/photo. what happened and how can I get them back.

That's because they are not where Lightroom thinks they should be. You have either moved them on your computer, or they are on an external drive that is not connected to your computer.

Slim chance, but the OP should be aware of the “Capitalization” problem/bug that I think occured around 2016. I’ve been seeing a lot of people recently (late 2019/early 2020) reporting it again.

NO, I did not move any of the files. I can view/see images from years ago but not these. Rick

Dec 01, 2020 22:51 | #8 Hmm in the folder panel on the left, right click the current folder with the missing images and choose "show in explorer" just to be sure it really is on your harddrive where lightroom thinks it is.
