FS: Godox TT685C Speedlite & X1T-C Controller for Canon

I have a like-new Godox TT685C speedlite and an XT1-C controller for sale. Bought these on Amazon a couple months back to use with my EOS R and was thinking I read in the comments that it would work with my Canon speedlites as well. Turns out the Godox does not speak Canon language.

I ran about 10 test shots through this combo to see if they would sync up and they work great.

I paid $156 + tax for these a couple months ago. Would like to get $85 shipped for the combo.

It is my impression you need to purchase a receiver as well as a transmitter to use Canon flashes. And even then only relatively newer flashes.

I have a 430EX (ver 1) and it will not work with the Godox transmitter even if I did have a receiver.

That’s what I found after doing some more research as well. Godox makes a receiver that fits on the bottom of newer Canon flashes.

Price lowered again. Who needs a good off-camera flash setup??
