I own five Canon DSLR's, and I will soon be adding a sixth.
Yet my Fujifilm X100F is the camera I grab every single time I leave the house.
Jus' sayin'...

I did it for two main reasons. First, the Fuji system is much lighter in weight. As I am getting older I felt that need was important but since I changed my mind on that issue and move into the Fuji GFX system as well. The second was more sentimental as well as memorable. In the days of film I shot Fujicolor Provia as well as Fujichrome quite more than Kodak films of that time. So, when I saw the results (digital) on my computer, the images brought back in my eye's memory; images that had the same tonality and brightness that I remembering my film images. I was invested heavily but never looked back. "Someone asked, what camera do you shoot with? Canon, of course, I replied. But when there was film, I shot Nikon. Someone then said, what is film?"
