What lens are you using? (I dont see it in the EXIF)

Also, if cropped tighter, will we see Saturn's rings? (looks like it)

That is IF you have a clear sky night....... here in Indiana that will be a 50/50 chance.....

Sorry I forgot to set the lens. it is set now. Sigma 150-600C

Sorry no you won't see the rings....I was only at 435mm to get them both in one image.

Last night I took 7 pictures of Jupiter and Saturn then looking at them in my LCD screen but I thought they were badly out of focus.

This morning I looked at the images in my computer and found one that IS IN FOCUS! When enlarged I am able to see the rings of Saturn!! YAY!!

Click on the filename "Jupiter & Saturn" below the image to be able to enlarge it by clicking TWICE clicking on the photo in the area of Saturn to keep Saturn within the image area you need to look at.

It's a very cool feeling when you see the rings of Saturn for the first time .. all from so far away with amateur equipment too.

Ain’t it cool when you find out you’re wrong about what you thought you were right about.
Or maybe I got that wrong? :)

Either way. Bravo to ya!
