Fisher Towers outside of Moab - For those looking for a tougher hike, not a long hike, but kinda a nice workout!

Gotta ask... What is Fly Tipping or Who are Fly Tippers?
Inquiring minds and all ...

Got me thinking too. Interesting term
Serious problem
https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/sn05672/ (external link)

Fly-tipping is the illegal disposal of household, industrial, commercial or other ‘controlled’ waste. The waste can be liquid or solid; controlled waste includes garden refuse and larger domestic items such as fridges and mattresses.

Fly-tipping is not the same as littering. Littering is commonly assumed to include materials, often associated with smoking, eating and drinking

Impressive images.
Magnificent landscape.
The folding in those rocks is astounding. The forces at play to do that! Mind boggling

Thanks. We're fortunate to have Kananaskis so nearby. Endless places to explore.

I'd never heard of it either but as it happened this afternoon they were talking about it on the radio. Big problem around Darwin.

Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

it is a very real problem here and we are trying to devise ways of avoiding it.
Old car bodies are one very common object. Pinch them, drive them until the tires burst then set fire to them
They are an unsightly mess on the landscape amongst other things
