Terrycanon Cream of the Crop More info | Oct 08, 2021 06:19 | #1853 I took my EF 50mm f1.8 out with the EF to RF converter on the R5 today. A cheap little lens that I hardly ever used when I had my Canon DSLRs, but it's performed well today. I don't think it's worth changing for the RF version. chuckmiller Goldmember More info | Oct 08, 2021 06:44 | #1854 The Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens seems to be a very affordable $199 lens. While it might be worth it to be able to ditch the EF-RF conv I don't think you'll see an appreciable image quality improvement over what you have. .

Perhaps I should change my ways. Cheap, light and sharp, 50mm f/1.8s were once the most commonly used lenses. Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

FarmerTed1971 fondling the 5D4 More info | Nice shot, especially with the 17-40. You got really good sharpness in the corners. You might check your sensor, may need to be cleaned. Getting better at this - Fuji X-t5 & X-t3 - 16 1.4 - 35/50/90 f2 - 50-140 - flickr
